Work and Invest Greater Vernon allows people to review and explore the area for new business or employment opportunities.
“The number one problem we hear from our members is the difficulty in finding staff. As part of our strategy to help local businesses solve this problem, we will promote Work and Invest Greater Vernon to attract residents of nearby cities and provinces through various media channels,” said Dan Proulx. , chief executive of the Greater Vernon Chamber.
“We offer a vibrant business climate, world-class leisure opportunities and rich culture and invite business people to learn more about our great community and why it’s the place to live, work and invest.”
Proulx said the Work and Invest Greater Vernon portal will be a “valuable resource for existing businesses looking to grow and attract new employees, as well as local governments promoting economic development.”

The data currently represents Vernon, but as more data becomes readily available it will be expanded to include Coldstream demographics.
